Puerto Rico Rob is a DJ and Director of the Rap Department at JIVE Records. Having started out working for LOUD Records as an A&R promoting artists such as Mobb Deep, Big Pun, and Wu-Tang Clan among many others. Later he joined the staff at Arista Records and there he worked with acts such as Outkast, Usher, Clipse and the Neptunes. In 2004 when Arista merged with JIVE, Puerto Rico Rob once again changed suits but still kept it top notch working with R.Kelly, Justin Timberlake, T-Pain, Chris Brown, Ciara, and Kelis.
